Responsible use of AI at Brandsensations

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming an important tool in the marketing industry and offers unimagined possibilities for creating content and interacting with customers.

However, with great power comes great responsibility. Therefore, this AI Usage Policy is intended to guide our team in the responsible, transparent and ethical use of AI in their work. The aim of this policy is not to limit creativity or innovation, but rather to ensure that the use of AI is in line with our overall company values and respects the rights of our customers.



Guidelines for the responsible use of AI


We use AI to support the development of some content in our company. In order to
transparency, accountability, quality and privacy, we adhere to internal standards. These standards help us protect against bias, ensure data security, and uphold our commitment to ethical marketing practices.

One of these standards is that AI should be used to support the creation of content, not to fully automate it. We ensure that every piece of content we develop is designed and reviewed by humans who understand our market segment and the limitations of AI.

Tool selection

The following AI tools are approved for use in our company. We do NOT use any tools
that are not on this list or have been approved in writing by our responsible team on company devices or to perform company-related work.
